Please be advised that our commercial property, just closed escrow through the efficient and professional handling by John Nolan through his co-coordinating the financing thru Joseph Breen of Breen Mortgage. 
Due to the fact there was a bankruptcy and foreclosure, and after a year and a half of Attorney fees, litigation with superior court , we were finally awarded ownership to the resort. Upon resuming ownership we had to expend considerable moines to bring the property to a marketable level by making necessary repairs to the pool and virtually all the units which the former owners seriously neglected . Once title was in our name, we immediately listed this property with John Nolan , who advised us at the time the income did not justify the sales price. As you can imagine, Mr. Nolan had his hands full and through proper negotiations with prospective purchasers; endless meetings and report analysis; investigations and comparisons, and most importantly thorough disclosures with the utmost integrity, was Mr. Nolan able to conclude this sale. It was a long, hard struggle, filled with bitter emotions toward the previous owners and their escape from the law; however, Mr. Nolan accomplished the almost impossible and we wish to "THANK" him and his able staff and in particular, for his patience, professionalism and integrity in being successful with this sale.
